A fun and friendly introduction to this fantastic craft, Steph Renshaw will guide you through all the tools and materials you'll need to get started in the world of linocut.

You’ll look at the basics of mark-making and carve your own lino blocks to print. You will cover design tips, experimental inking and registration of more than one layer and colour.

You will have made your own set of fabulous colourful prints to take home by the end of the course!

Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, everyone is welcome – no previous experience is necessary

Please note that this workshop is for those aged 18 and over.

You are welcome to bring a lidded bottle of water with you but we kindly ask that you do not bring food into the studio.

MEET YOUR TUTOR

Steph is a printmaker and print teacher based in Bristol. She is known for her colourful prints inspired by the natural world.
Steph specialises in relief and intaglio printmaking techniques and has been teaching for over 6 years form her own studio Bristol Print Room.


Steph shares all of her tips and techniques to help you get the most out of the printing process. She loves to teach both beginners and more experienced printmakers alike and will always encourage you to play and experiment with the process so her lessons are a relaxed and fun way to learn.
