Workshop Volunteers
We are looking for volunteers to provide hands-on support during our kids and adult workshops. This is a great opportunity to learn from our expert tutors and provide support to our students in class.
Whether you can give a couple of hours or a few days of your time. It all makes a huge difference and in return you’ll gain new skills and get to know new people!
GENERAL VOLUNTEERS
If you’d like to get involved we are looking for volunteers for a number of different roles. Whether you can give a couple of hours or a few days your time makes a huge difference and in return hopefully you’ll gain new skills and get to know new people!
Roles
Workshop support: Hands-on role, gain experience and learn from one of our expert tutors, supporting the tutor during a class
Hosts: As it sounds! This role involved welcoming the public, telling them more about us, pointing them in the right direction to anything they may need and encouraging them to fill in evaluation forms.
Hands on Helpers: A more behind the scenes role – if you’d rather roll your sleeves up and help with practical set up of events and packing away afterwards this is for you!
Promoters: Can be done from the comfort of your armchair if you prefer. This involves sharing festival news and events on your social media channels and with your friends as well as leaflet distribution and generally being a New Brewery Arts ambassador.
What we offer in return
Expenses covered including local travel.
A volunteer day with lunch to meet the team and gain more knowledge about the festival and training for your volunteer role.
References and advice and support to help you with your CV and future job applications
For more information please email hello@newbreweryarts.org.uk leaving your name, age, telephone number, town of residence / postcode, and any special requirements you may have or fill in this volunteer form.
